EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER is an interactive student development and literacy enrichment program that strengthens reading comprehension, writing, communication, critical thinking, vocabulary, and reflection while building confidence, leadership, resilience, and personal responsibility.
Aligned with Texas ELAR TEKS, students engage in purposeful reading, journaling, guided writing, vocabulary development, collaborative discussions, and the writing process.
A key component, “Writing Her Future Story,” guides students to reflect on their strengths and experiences, explore educational and career aspirations, and develop future goals. Through brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing, and sharing, students strengthen their writing skills while learning they can write their own future story with purpose, confidence, and direction.
Legacy Builders Boys Empowerment Program
Legacy Builders is an interactive student development and literacy enrichment program designed to strengthen reading comprehension, writing, communication, critical thinking, vocabulary, and reflection while developing leadership, resilience, character, responsibility, and goal-setting skills.
Aligned with Texas ELAR TEKS, students participate in purposeful reading, journaling, guided writing, vocabulary development, collaborative discussions, and activities that strengthen written and oral communication.
A key component, “Writing My Legacy,” guides students in reflecting on their experiences, identifying personal strengths and values, exploring educational and career aspirations, and establishing meaningful goals for their future. Through brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing, and sharing, students strengthen their literacy skills while recognizing that the choices they make today can help them build a legacy of purpose, leadership, confidence, and success.

Counselor Trainings
We provide targeted professional development to equip school counselors with practical tools and strategies to support students effectively and meet district needs.
